Return Policy Overview

Eligible for Return

  • Damaged products upon arrival (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Incorrect products shipped (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Products that arrived outside acceptable temperature range (with documentation)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Products stored improperly after delivery
  • Products ordered in error without notification prior to shipping
  • Custom or special order products
  • Products past their expiration date

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us Immediately

Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery if you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect product. Have your order number and photos of the product ready.

Provide Documentation

Submit clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage. For temperature-sensitive products, include any temperature monitoring data if available.

Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved. Do not ship any products without an RA number.

Ship the Product

Package the product securely using the original packaging if possible. Include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship using a trackable method with appropriate temperature control if required.

Receive Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or ship a replacement within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by Life Source Peptides for damaged or incorrect orders. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on other authorized returns.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, excluding damaged or incorrect shipments. Your customer service representative will inform you if applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Contact us immediately to request cancellation.
